A missing 1-year-old boy from Ocala has been found safe in Volusia County.
An Amber Alert for Robert Patrick Hagerty was canceled Thursday morning.
Authorities thought the boy was with his 27-year-old mother, K'Tina White. He was found with his grandmother.
The grandmother told police that White dropped Hagerty off at her home Thursday morning and said she was going to run errands, but White never returned.
White was not immediately located by police.
The child was reported missing by Ocala police. Since then, someone apparently filled a prescription for the boy at a store in Ormond Beach.
Police said White may have fled because of some kind of custody dispute. Officials said a judge ordered that the boy should be placed into the custody of the Department of Children and Families.
