Future physicians attend Honolulu symposium

HONOLULU -

Dr. John Olkowski, chief surgeon and owner of EyeSight Hawaii, hosted the 9th Annual Hawaii Future Physicians Symposium to 50 junior and senior high school students on Saturday.

This event featured physicians as well as medical students who discussed their experiences of their specialty field of medicine.

The event was held at EyeSight Hawaii's Honolulu location.  Dr. Olkowski sponsored a $500 scholarship to an essay winner, which was awarded to Norisha McCaddy, a senior at Moanalua High School.
