HONOLULU -

Monday is the deadline for enrolling in health care coverage under federally-run insurance exchanges.

The White House says 6 million people have signed up so far.  If you don't have any health insurance by Tuesday, you may have to pay a fine.

Those who start signing up on healthcare.gov, but are not able to finish by midnight will get a deadline extension.  The website already had some issues early Monday.

Locally, support staff will be available from 8 a.m. until midnight to help with the Hawai'i Health Connector.
