Kelly sent text messages to a phone number he thought belonged to his 14-year-old neighbor, not knowing she shared the phone with her mother, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest report indicated that once the mother contacted PBSO on Monday, agents set up a sting Wednesday in which an officer texted from another number, claiming to be the 14-year-old girl. Once that conversation began, Kelly allegedly sent a series of text messages that included questions like "Would you play with my ****?" and "Are you OK that I'm 33?"

According to the arrest report, Kelly also texted the girl about "playing with your *****" and told her not to wear a bra or panties, then asked "can we **** each other?"

Kelly and the agent posing as the teen agreed to meet, but when he showed up, he was arrested.

Kelly, who according to the report is 6 foot 4 and 500 pounds, had told the girl not to tell her mom, the report said.

He remains behind bars on $200,000 bond.
