A British woman has been fined for taking her horse into a McDonald's that refused to serve her in the drive-through.
The woman, who has not been named, and her daughter rode their horse and pony up to the drive-through window at the McDonald's in Whitefield last weekend, only to be told staff members would not serve them.
That's when things got ugly.
Irate, the woman took her horse inside, where it promptly proceeded to defecate on the floor as disgusted diners looked on.
Staff members called police, and the woman was fined, according to the BBC.
"The sight & smell of this caused obvious distress and upset to customers trying to eat, as well as staff members," the Whitefield division of the Greater Manchester Police said in a Facebook post.
McDonald's issued the following statement:
"The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and for this reason we are unable to serve pedestrians, bicycle riders or customers on horseback through the drive-thru."
