When firefighters arrived, a third-story unit was engulfed in flames. The unit was unoccupied at the time of the fire.
The fire was fully contained by 2:38 a.m. Friday. Forty units surrounding the fire were evacuated until 2:45 a.m. Friday.
The fire is classified as "undetermined" pending more information. Fire officials say it is unlikely the blaze was intentionally set. Damage is estimated at $1.5 million. No injuries were reported.
