Dozens of employees of Check N Go helped build 28 bicycles for members of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati.

The 140 employees worked on the bikes to get them ready for the children.

"I think they're going to be shocked at first because they won't know what's going on, and once they figure it out, I expect a positive outpouring of emotion," said Scott Sedmak, community manager for Check N Go.

The moment brought smiles to the kids' faces and tears to the grownups' eyes.

"When they walked through the doors it was incredible, incredible," said Check N Go employee Mary Blakely.

The children said they were surprised by the gifts.

"I really didn't think it was ours," said 8-year-old Landen.

"I think we were here for a surprise but didn't know it was this," said 10-year-old Sam.

The adults said they thought the bikes would be going to charity, but they didn't know they'd get to meet the children they were helping.
