Honolulu fire crews were called to a fire in Kaneohe that heavily damaged a home early Thursday morning.
Seven companies were dispatched to Apapapane Street at around 2 a.m., according to fire officials.
The second story of the home was engulfed in flames when crews arrived.
Two women who lived there and their their dogs escaped without injury.
Firefighters contained the fire to the second floor, but there was water damage to the first floor.
Damage is estimated at nearly $200,000. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
