NANAKULI, Hawaii -

Honolulu police shut down the westbound lanes on Farrington Highway Tuesday after a truck went over a guard rail near the Kahe Power Plant.

Police were called to the scene at around 11:40 a.m.  Officers closed the westbound lanes from Tracks Beach to Black Rock Point until the truck was removed.

No major injuries were reported.

A tow wagon was called to get the truck over the guard rail.  The road was reopened after the truck was towed.
