Meet Emiel Pauwels of Belgium and IImari Koppinen of Finland, two veterans who ran the 100 meter dash in San Sebastian, Spain.

What sets them apart from most sprinters, however, is that Pauwels is 94-years-old and Koppinen is 95-years-old.

Midway, the oldest runner, Koppinen came back for the win.

But both runners completed the dash in under 20 seconds, only 10 seconds longer than the fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt.

Now that's strength and agility!
