AccesSurf volunteer says "I Do"

EWA BEACH, Hawaii -

AccesSurf is known for providing free surf lessons for people with disabilities, but one long-time volunteer experienced an unexpected wave of emotion Wednesday.

Melanie Johnson was proposed to by her boyfriend at White Plains Beach.

"You know you love AccesSurf right? Well do you know how much I love you?" said boyfriend Clint Munoz.

Clint got down on one knee for the proposal.

What did she say? Yes.

The couple celebrated with the rest of the surf team.
