An eight-inch water main break just in front of the Wailupe fire station in Aina Haina caused chaotic traffic for East Honolulu drivers.

HONOLULU -

The Board of Water Supply says all westbound lanes on Kalanianaole Highway from Kaai Street to Waa Street in Aina Haina have been reopened Tuesday after a water main break closed the road on Monday.
