POHOIKI, Hawaii -

It's a story about a capsized boat, a water rescue, and an alleged assault at sea!

Big Island police say a 17-foot-long boat capsized and sank in about 6,000 feet of water off Pohoiki on the eastern side of the Big Island on Thursday.

Somehow, another boat spotted the two men on board and rescued them.

But, one of the two was injured, and a fire chopper helped get him to shore and to the hospital.  The other man was arrested.

Both men are from Kailua-Kona.
