Big Island firefighters battle structure fire

Big Island fire crews responded to a structure fire in Pahoa early Sunday morning.  It happened at a home on Nenue Street around 3:30 a.m.

Upon arrival fire crews found an annex of the single-story home fully engulfed. No injuries were reported. The fire was put out within 20 minutes.

Damage is estimated at $12,500. An investigation is underway to find out what caused the blaze.
