Two children and three adults are safe after Coast Goard rescued them from a capsized vessel off Kaena Point.
Rescuers responded around 7 a.m. Saturday morning, and found the five victims clinging to the overturned vessel. Officials said only the children were in life jackets.
A rescue swimmer was lowered to the water and rescued the children and one adult. The other two adult men were rescued by a nearby vessel.
They were taken to Dillingham Airfield and treated by emergency medical officials.
