Homeowner Tom Damrow says he was awoken by a loud crash.  He went downstairs and tried to open his front door, but he was unable to.

Damrow soon discovered the car had crashed into his home.

"I noticed all the pictures had fallen down on that wall, so immediately went out to the garage, came back down to discover a car that had crashed into the front of my house," said Damrow.

Emergency Medical Services officials responded to the scene, but the driver refused treatment.

Police charged 18-year-old Kaiaka Park with suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant.  He was released after posting $500 bail.

Park is due in court in July.
