Deedy is facing murder charges for killing Elderts in a Waikiki McDonalds in 2011.

The doctor says the by-product of cocaine found in the liquid in Elderts' eyeball can have the effect of increased aggression and hyper-activity.

The prosecution points out the concentration was very low and may not have even affected Elderts' behavior.

Closing arguments are slated for Tuesday in the murder re-trial of federal agent Christopher Deedy.
