Hostess club fire intentionally set
Honolulu police are investigating a small fire that a fire official says was intentionally set at the entrance to a Kapiolani Boulevard hostess bar early Sunday.
Fire crews were sent to Club Geisha House on Kapiolani just Diamond Head of Ward Avenue at about 4 a.m.
The fire was confined to the front entry way, according to a spokesman. No one was in the club at the time of the fire.
Damage was estimated at $3,000. About 20 to 25 firefighters were sent to the scene. No one was injured.
