Firefighters have recovered a body 15 yards offshore of the Big Island near the mouth of the Wailuku River on Monday.
Firefighters have been searching in this area after a 34-year-old Hilo man was reported missing behind the Hilo Armory. The fisherman was last seen Saturday afternoon.
Bystanders say he tripped and fell into Wailuku River while fishing from shore.
