A former Kamehameha Schools teacher is suspected to have taken nude photos and video of his students without their knowledge.
Gabriel Alisna was indicted Wednesday on four counts of violation of privacy and two counts of 4th degree sexual assault.
Attorney Michael Green is representing two of the students
He says that Alisna taught high school debate and would allow students on the team to sleep over at his apartment nearby, where he had a hidden camera set up in the shower.
"What he didn't know was the camera was on when he did it," Green said. "So his picture is in the video, putting it in and taking it out."
Alisna's bail was set at $75 thousand.
