Honolulu police arrest suspect in fatal Waipahu stabbing

WAIPAHU, Hawaii -

A suspect has been arrested in connection with a deadly Waipahu stabbing in January.

72-year-old Jose Inigo is charged with the murder of Marlo Basuel. He was indicted by a grand jury on Friday.  Inigo is expected in court on Tuesday.

Police said Basuel was stabbed several times in his torso after a reported argument with two men at a Waipahu house party on Jan. 12.

Basuel leaves behind a wife and three daughters.
