Robert Roediger-Geaque

A 31-year-old year man wanted in connection with a murder in Kailua has been arrested in California.

Honolulu police say Robert Roediger-Geaque was arrested on a felony fugitive warrant in Santa Barbara at around 6 p.m. Thursday.

Roediger-Geaque is being held without bail and is expected to appear in a Santa Barbara courtroom next week for extradition back to Hawaii.

Honolulu police issued a news release on Feb. 28 asking for the public's help to find him.  He's wanted in connection with the stabbing death of 37-year-old Scott MacMillan on Jan. 13 in Kailua.
