A man accused of threatening to kill a state land officer pleaded not guilty on Thursday.
Michael D. Bryan appeared via closed circuit television from the Oahu Community Correctional Center.
He was arrested last week Friday after he allegedly threatened the life of a Department of Land and Natural Resources boating division harbor officer at the Keehi Small Boat Harbor.
Bryan has been charged with terroristic threatening, a class C felony, and remains in custody unable to post $5,000 bail.
Trial is scheduled for August.
