Meth investigation leads to Maui man's arrest

A Maui police investigation into a meth trafficking case has led to the arrest of a Kihei man.

47-year-old Thomas Schillaci of Kihei was arrested and charged after investigators found a long list of drugs and paraphernalia at his home.

Among the items found were 881 grams of crystal meth, 42 marijuana plants and tools commonly used to make marijuana concentrate or butane honey oil.

Investigators also found a loaded revolver and a double-sided dagger.

Bail for Schillaci has been set at $144,000.
