Medical examiner identifies woman found in Waikiki dumpster

The medical examiner has identified the woman found dead in a Waikiki dumpster on Monday.
The woman was identified as 51-year-old Janine Meyer. The medical examiner did not yet have a cause of death.
Meyer's body was found in a dumpster at a public parking lot near the intersection of Ena Road and Hobron Lane before 7 a.m.
A nearby resident heard shouting from a man and a woman at around 6:30 a.m. Police do not know if that incident is related to this case.
Police have classified this as an unattended death.
