Emergency crews are at the scene of a plane crash in Columbus.
Officials said two people were onboard a single-engine private plane when it crashed into a home in the 2200 block of Broadmoor Lane just after 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
The house was engulfed by flames after the crash. Police said one person was inside the home when the plane crashed, but was not injured.
Officials said the pilot and passenger were taken to Columbus Regional Hospital.
One person is listed in critical condition with severe burns and was taken to Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis for treatment.
The other person was taken by ambulance to an Indianapolis hospital.
Broadmoor Lane is about two miles from Columbus Municipal Airport.
