Police looking for Waipahu bank robber

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man who is wanted for robbing the Waipahu branch of Bank of Hawaii located at 94-715 Farrington Highway on Wednesday at around 12:10 p.m.

The man entered the bank, approached the teller, and demanded money, according to police.  He fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Police say the man is in his 60s, 5-feet-6-inches-tall to 5-feet-8-inches-tall, weighing around 140-to-160-pounds.  He has white hair with a white goatee.  He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black and white patterned hat with a black backpack.
