Pro Bowl prep underway; special express bus to be in service

HONOLULU -

Preparations are underway for the National Football League’s Pro Bowl on Sunday at Aloha Stadium.

Former NFL player Jerry Rice was spotted at the Honolulu Airport Monday.

Rice will take part in the first-ever Pro Bowl draft in Kapolei with fellow hall-of-famer Deion Sanders.  They'll serve as team captains this year and have the final say in the draft.

TheBus is also preparing with an express shuttle for those who need a ride to the game.

50 buses will be available to pick up residents island-wide and drop them off at the stadium gate.
The cost is $6.25 one-way.

Bus passes and transfers will not be accepted for the special service.
