Punchbowl-Nuuanu outage affects about 4,000 HECO customers
About 4,000 customers in the Punchbowl-Nuuanu area experienced a power outage Wednesday morning that lasted about an hour, according to the Hawaiian Electric Company.
The outage was first reported at around 4:30 a.m. Power was restored at around 5:20 a.m.
HECO says the outage was caused by a tree branch that contacted a power line.
