Police say three men got into an altercation near the Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.  One of the men stabbed the other two men.

A 50-year-old man was hospitalized in serious condition.  KITV4 News spoke to a man named Charlie, who claims to be the other  53-year-old victim who was hospitalized in stable condition.  He says the fight was all because of a noise complaint.

"The suspect guy and I got into an argument and he grabbed the back of my neck," said Charlie.  "That's when Joe intervened.  I didn't even see the knife, but apparently he got stabbed also and now he's in the hospital."

Charlie showed us a laceration on his neck.  He claims he and the other victim were taken to the Queen's Medical Center.  Charlie says he resides in the area near the library.

Police say they do have a suspect in custody.
