Semana was found critically injured near Kukui Street and College Walk in the early morning hours on Dec. 4.  He later died.

It's unclear how Marsolo and Semana knew each other.

Marsolo was arrested and charged in a separate criminal trespassing case back in November.  He was out on supervised release.

Bail was set at $500,000.
