UH Associate VP cleared of allegations
A final report from the Attorney General's office has cleared University of Hawaii Associate Vice President Brian Minaai of allegations of wrong doing.
UH ordered an investigation after Minaai was accused last year of allegedly mismanaging construction projects and awarding contracts to his friends for the UH Hilo dorm project.
UH says the report concluded there was no evidence of criminal behavior by any of the parties involved.
