Woman, 32, wanted in connection with attempted murder case

Honolulu police are looking for a 32-year-old woman wanted in an attempted murder case.

On May 19 at around 4:43 p.m., police say the victim was seated in her vehicle on Farrington Highway near Kea'au Homestead Road when she was approached by May Iwa Brewer.

Brewer had a gun, demanded money and struggled for the victim's property.  During the struggle, the gun went off and the victim was shot.

Brewer left the scene in a vehicle driven by a man.

Brewer is 5-feet-6-inches-tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
