After the third printout, Billy Kenoi beat Harry Kim are in the Big Island mayor's race. All 43 precincts were counted in the third printout that was announced just before 10 p.m.
Kirk Caldwell continued his dominance in the Honolulu mayoral race with a 54 percent to 46 percent lead.
In the race for U.S. Senate, Mazie Hirono is dominating Linda Lingle 64 percent to 36 percent after the second printout. Lingle officially conceded after the second printout.
For the District 1 U.S. House seat, incumbent Colleen Hanabusa has a safe lead over Charles Djou, 56 percent to 44 percent. Djou conceded after the second printout.
For the District 2 U.S. House seat, Tulsi Gabbard is handily defeating Kawika Crowley, 82 percent to 18 percent.
Kymberly Marcos Pine has a big lead over incumbent Tom Berg for the Honolulu City Council District 1 race, 65 percent to 35 percent.
In the race for Honolulu City Council District 6, Carol Fukunaga is ahead of the pack of candidates with 34 percent of the vote. Sam Aiona has 22 percent of the vote and Jon Yoshimura has 17 percent of the vote.
