Wie also held off a final day charge by South Korea's Inbee Park, who matched Wie's final round score of 5-under 67. But, Wie was too far ahead.
Wie's worst day came in the first round when she shot a 2-under 70 with five birdies and three bogeys.
Wie also had a 2-under 70 score in the third round, but she cut down her bogeys to two for the day.
Wie proved to be more consistent than runner-up Angela Stafford, who had an even par opening round and a 1-over 73 score in the final round. Stafford also had two spectacular rounds with 14 birdies and only one bogey.
