UH football team fights for win against Army

HONOLULU -

The University of Hawaii football team won its only game of the season Saturday night in its final game of the 2013 season against Army 49-42.

The win comes on the same day a UH football player was found dead in waters off Sandy Beach.

The UH Athletics Department says Jack Willis Wilson III was identified as the player who was missing and whose body was found.

The Rainbow Warriors end the season with a 1-11 record.  The Black Knights drop to 3-8 on the season.

Hawaii quarterback Sean Schroeder passed for 322 yards with three touchdowns and one interception.

Joey Iosefa led the Hawaii rushing attack with 154 yards with one touchdown.  Iosefa also had a one-yard pass for a touchdown.  Steven Lakalaka added another 104 yards rushing and one touchdown.

Chris Gant caught eight passes for 116 yards to lead the Rainbow Warrior receiving corps.
